A scooty-rider died in a road accident in Kurhama area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Sunday, police said.
Station house officer police station Kheerbawani, Nazir Ahmed told media that a Scooty, driven by Ghulam Nabi Tantray, was hit by a car in Kurhama area on Sunday afternoon.
He said Tantray, a resident of Nawabagh area of Ganderbal, died on the spot.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident and registered a case in this regard, he said.
